We love all of our clients at Nailed It, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Nail Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Booking Policy
When booking an appointment, please ensure you book for all the required services (E.g: soak off if you still have product on your nails) so that I can adequately accommodate you.
No call/ no show clients will not be able to book with me again.
If you are running late, please notify me so that I can adjust the schedule.
No rescheduling is permitted 24 hours before your appointment as this is inadequate time to refill your slot.

Payment Policy
Payment can be made by:
Cash, Card or SnapScan
(There is an additional 3.2% service fee that is added to all card transactions and 2.95% service fee added to all SnapScan transactions)
All payments must be made in full before leaving the premises. EFTs are not accepted.

Health and Safety Policy:
Sanitize your hands before sitting down.
All tools, surfaces, equipment and products are cleaned before and after use.
Due to the size of work area. Please wait in your car if I am still busy with another client. No extra guests are allowed.
If you are feeling ill, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can reschedule your appointment.
